How does ELIA work?

Managing for results: ELIA Board of Directors reports periodically to its General Assembly on the result it is achieving. ELIA is pursuing its objectives working by managing for results exemplified by its use of work plans, performance budgeting, result based annual reports including external audit reports. Coordination activities: ELIA on behalf of members coordinates participation of important International leather trade fairs, facilitates coordination and cooperation on agreed programs, disseminate and exchange relevant information. Implementing Hides and skins Leather and Leather Products projects in partnership with government organizations and International Development partners: USAID/Agribusiness and Trade Expansion Activities, GTZ-ECBP, UNIDO,CDE and World Bank.
